She has worked with the enlightenment section of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, PMI Direct and McCann Eriksson - STB McCann.

She is a Senior Member of International Public Relations Association(IPRA), Member, Federation of Africa Public Relation Associations(FAPRA), and Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations(NIPR).

Marcella has managed brands like Western Union, Microsoft, Honeywell, UACN Properties Plc, IBM, BATN, Lucky Fibres Plc, UPS, Ministry of Agriculture and Water Resources etc.

Victoria Okwechime graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communication and Language Arts from University of Calabar. She joiined the class of 1990 at the prestigious University of Ibadan for Masters Degree in Communication and Language Arts.

Highly articulate in the understanding of the broadcast and print aspect of media, Victoria leads the team that ensures we help our clients tell stories that engage the audiences.

She is an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR).

Sola Paul - Ajuwape has a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Yaba College of Technology.
